Hobgood Academy offers an array of sports throughout the school year. In the Fall, the Raiders take to the grid iron for JV and Varsity football, while the girls compete on both levels in volleyball. As the days get shorter and the nights get colder, both the guys and gals hit the hardwood for JV and Varsity basketball and, of course, what would pigskin and hoops be without cheerleaders? Spring brings the pop of the glove and the crack of the bat for the Orange, Navy, and White clad Raiders as baseball and softball crank up on the JV and Varsity Level. The return of warmer weather also means soccer and golf season at Hobgood, a school continually striving for excellence in the classroom and on the field and court.
